Every day on Twitter, we post a PR tip. This can be about media interviews, media strategy, PR or video making – or indeed anything we feel may be useful and is media related. Here’s a round up of this week’s tips:
- In a media interview, a leading question is one that invites you to make a judgement
- An open question is one which starts who, what, where, when or why
- A closed question is one which requires a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer
- In an interview, beware hypothetical questions such as ‘would you resign if …’
- If you’re asked a question with many parts in an interview, just answer the one you like best
